Petoskey to Mackinaw City July 8th

Second part of this trip is the Bridge. I love seeing it from the water. We were lucky that we could sail almost to with in a mile of it before the wind disappeared again. We decided to anchor out and found a semi sheltered place not to far from shore. We were wrong - we rocked all night and woke to find our boat cover with White flies - apparently we were anchored over a hatching area. There were (not exaggeration) millions of dead flies all over the boat, you could almost breath in the dang things. In case I have not said it - I HATE BUGS.
