Thanksgiving day 11-22 - James Island holiday festival of Lights

Happy Thanksgiving every one. We are indeed blessed. We had a wonderful turkey/chicken dinner with Martin and Bridget Green  S/V Shin Dera. The sun was shining and it did get a little warm around 3pm. After dinner we took a drive to the Holiday Festival of Lights in James Island country Park. It was a surprise to us all as we rode through the park fulled with lights. There are over 700 displays and 2 million lights. It is billed as one of the top 10 light shows in the country. We marveled at the animation and the photos below do not do justice to what we saw.

If you are in the area, this is well worth the drive, children will love it, and adults and marvel at the sight just like the children.
Friday Martin and Bridget are moving on - we will stay here 2 more days and shove off on Sunday. I am hoping I can talk Tom into going to the Beach--

For now - From St Johns Island
