River Walk in Fort Lauderdale, Birds, Plants and Squirrels

Today is one of those waiting days. Tom bought a cleaner from West Marine and tried again to get the grimy brown stuff off our hull. It was working until it started to melt the sprayer bottle he was using. I worked on cross stitch, needlepoint  some cleaning and stacking, painted some post cards and sent them on their way, and went for a long walk with Cheryl from S/V Vindand. It is fascinating to see all of the plants that are here. So many of them I worked with as a florist and here they are growing in parks and yards.

Weather is still stalled - tomorrow will be another day of cleaning and sight seeing around this area.
