Removing the rope - Cooley's Landing, Fl

Today is a day of great news. We woke early to the sounds of the singing bridge (as the cars go over they create a humming noise that varies to their weight and speed). Early boat traffic was scooting through as they are closing the river to reset buoys until 11 AM today.
We have new neighbors, a Catamaran from Canada. They are having generator problems and installing solar panels so they are here for the week.

There are honest mechanics and we found one Mauricio is one of them. He came last night after working all day and tried to find what is wrong with the transmission. Finally he called a friend to see if Tom pulled it out could he work on it. The gentlemen suggested that we look at the prop first and see if somehow it was damaged.
We had a long night wondering and imagining what could be wrong. After a hearty breakfast, Tom went diving and found about 8' of three strand nylon rope wrapped around our prop.
He reconnected everything and we are back in business.

Now we wait for a weather window - right now we have strong winds and high seas until the weekend or Tuesday of next week.
Think we will go see the Hobbit tonight.
