Still in Petoskey Wednesday

This was taken on my phone camera on Monday evening our first night here, we haven't seen the sun since.

The guide books say everything is with in walking distance of the marina--- well it is up hill --- and I think they measured the distance as the gull flies, not the actual walking distance.

I could smell the scent of fresh mowed grass, and found this crew mowing up hill.

 This is a neat place to get great coffee and food, called Roast and Toast. If you are in Petoskey it is worth a stop.

As you can see the skies are still gray, though the wind has picked up considerably.

Found out what these flags are ( thank you Tim) they mark the spot of a commercial fishing net. One mystery solved.  We still tied to the dock and hoping for fair weather tomorrow.
