Mackinac Island, day one- first part

First night and I could just get this picture - will try again to get the bridge all lit up.

Sunrise, promised a hot sultry day. We did not have any bugs below decks but our spiders were busy that night.




Our first excursion was to the butterfly house. If you come here it is worth the price of admission ten times over.



 I am going to try and identify these for you -This is a Red Postman

This is a brown spider - again way to big for me

Yes he is real, what are the chances of faking that look. The little guy below is real also - we saw it move.


OK this is just to big of a bug- even behind glass- This is part one of our day. ran out of room on this page - next the Fort.
