Discovering our new home

Tom continues to work on Cool Hand getting her ship shape. We decided to have a sun shade made to shield the deck from direct sunlight and have covers made for our glass on the dodger and bimini. We expect the sunshade by the end of next week. Most of the live aboard boats have erected something and say it can make it about 10 degrees cooler. I know it will keep my hatch from getting hot and radiating that heat in the V berth.
My thermos cooker has been a blessing, it is wonderful to have the aroma of stews, pot roast or stews wafting in the air but no heat.
Tom gave us a scare on Wednesday night with an attack of Kidney stones. After 4 hours in the emergency room, and three days sleeping and drinking water, he is beginning to feel like himself again.

Next week we are going to San Antonio to visit with Jennie and Josh. I am going with her to a florist and check out the church.  The wedding is getting closer.

There is this neat Triangle Building on a corner
that is a lawyers office.

I love the clouds here. They billow and grow and change shapes.
