The Plan with best intentions

Last Day in Key West. 7/7 ... Tom's Birthday. We got our gear stowed, filled water tanks, washed all the clothes. The information we had from the boat yard - Cool Hand Too would splash on 7/11. Weather reports were not great - 10 kts or less of wind but out of the south east, seas 1 to 2' or less and of course the ubiquitous scattered thunderstorms. Nothing that Cool Hand or her crew could not handle. We enjoyed a dinner at the Stoned crab, the lightening show that evening, packed in early anxious to be on our way.
The time table was
arrive in St Petersburg no later than 7/10 anchor out then 7/11 go into boat yard.
7/12 to 15 transfer items from boat to boat.
7/16 to 18 haul out Cool Hand (Pearson) and get her ready to ship.
7/18 head back south to  Boca Chica with Tom's shoulder surgery on 7/24
Piece of cake...
