Tied safe and sound -




Here we are in calm waters docked and tied. Winds are up and the waves are still white caps on the lake. We are waiting for Jennie to arrive, but decided not to scare them or ourselves and we are staying put today.
When the waves are coming over the break wall like this, I don 't care if there is a good wind, we are staying put.








All around the marina are beautiful well kept gardens. 


Even the birds are taking refuge from the wind.

    Looks like what I would call a "boisterous" sailing day. We try to avoid these too, but occasionally, you get to sail in these winds. Reef down, and the boat can take it. It's a bit rough on the passengers. Great pics...
