So we raised up anchor and took off
In the middle of the bay I noticed that we had white smoke coming out of the exhaust and very little water. We STOPPED.... Tom cleaned out filters again from the grass we picked up and then cleaned out the water hose also clogged with stinky grass. OK .. now we are off and motoring. There were lots of fishing boats but only one sail boat going in the opposite direction. We rolled and yawed and pitched until 4:30 when we finally were tied fast to our dock. It was a long tiring day. We had a great dinner at the restaurant here at the marina and going to get donuts in the morning. Tomorrow we will restock, run some errands, and chill. We also found out that we can not go down the GIWW again. Two bridges under 50' so Monday we should have a good weather window for a two day run down the coast where we can duck in and finally travel in the GIWW until we get to Mobile.
We are in a new Time zone... making progress
